Our returns policy is for 60 days after the date of delivery. If 60 days have passed from the date of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund.


In order to be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be unused, in it's original packaging and in the same condition when you received it. You must have proof of payment.

Refund or Exchange

We will provide either a full refund or an exchange for the same value in the following situations:

  • Order does not arrive after 39 days
  • Items are damaged in transit
  • Items received are incorrect and not what was ordered

What You Need To Do

Send an email to with the following information:

  • Your invoice number
  • Issue
  • Photo of damage
  • Request for an exchange or refund

We will assess the request and notify of the outcome you as soon as possible.
